Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Boujee Backwoods. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging attached. Shoes must be returned in original box; please pack the box within a shipping box to prevent damage.
- Final Sale: Sale items, swimwear, bodysuits, earrings and other pierced jewelry, and personalized/custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at contact@boujeebackwoods.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.
- We will provide a return authorization and instructions within 2–4 business days.
- Pack the item securely and ship to the address provided in the return instructions.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. If the original payment method cannot be refunded, we will issue store credit.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size/color is unavailable, you may receive a refund or store credit.
Return Shipping & Costs
- Customer returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective).
- Return shipping label: If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost may be deducted from your refund for non-defective returns.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label and, upon verification, will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including original and return shipping).
Lost or Stolen Packages Boujee Backwoods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivered. For concerns, contact the carrier with your tracking number and notify us so we can assist.
Gift Returns If the item was a gift, you may return it for store credit. Refunds for gifts will be issued to the original purchaser upon request.
International Orders International returns may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and higher shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs charges unless the return is due to our error.
