Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label and, upon verification, will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including original and return shipping).
Lost or Stolen Packages Boujee Backwoods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivered. For concerns, contact the carrier with your tracking number and notify us so we can assist.
Gift Returns If the item was a gift, you may return it for store credit. Refunds for gifts will be issued to the original purchaser upon request.
International Orders International returns may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and higher shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs charges unless the return is due to our error.
